    • Assisted in gaining the UK’s number one provider position for New Deal 25+ Leicestershire & Rutland in 1997-98

Training Services Director WoW4 Limited 2007 to present 

Responsibilities:
Business Development: Developing and building the WoW Careers Services division of the company. Establish contacts within the industry and within Government in order to develop the company in to new market sectors.

Marketing: Design/Development of the WoW Careers Services marketing programmes including: SEO for the companies website's, brining on board and developing partners. Developing and implementing marketing strategies across the company.

Management: Managing the WoW Careers Services division on a day to day basis. Managing staff and freelance consultants to ensure customer service levels and targets are met and exceeded.

Account Management: Developing and Managing blue chip accounts with large employers.

Employment Consultant Seetec (Bury St Edmunds) 2002 to 2005

Working with various Private Sector Government contractors on Jobcentre Plus Provisions like Project Work all aimed at guiding unemployed clients back into sustainable, meaningful employment.

1993 to 1996 Logistics Manager N&J Textiles (Leicester)
Day to day management of the Logistics department comprising of 52 staff. Routing of deliveries, Stock Control, Staff Recruitment and Training, design and implementation of computerised stock control system.

1992 to 2000 Zone-Media (Leicester)
Production Manager, Producer, Marketing of television Production Company based in Leicestershire. Arranging locations, attracting new business and sponsors, editing of finished programmes design of marketing materials and contracts.
